Ethics Nexus

Ethics Nexus: A Collaborative Hub for Advancing AI Safety Research is a white paper proposing an international AI safety research hub that seeks to bridge once private safety work between frontier AI companies and smaller organizations. The 35 page document can be downloaded below (don't worry about the length, there's an executive summary!).

Invisible Violations

Invisible Violations is an engaging educational website aimed at informing the public about neurorights, or human rights that extend to our brains and their data. It presumes that humanity will inevitably end up interacting with computers or smartphones through AI-driven brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). These BCIs will act remotely and without physical contact, as opposed to the invasive BCIs of today that touch neural tissue. It also presumes that these BCIs won't just have the ability to read human thoughts, but to influence them and manipulate them too. This will have profound consequences on our privacy, social equality, and personal identity that requires early conversations and proactive governance that anticipates this amazing future technology. Invisible Violations can be found here.
